Complaints Policy
If you have any difficulties with any matter.
Please do not hesitate in discussing it with us.The management undertakes to deal with any complaint or grievance with the strictest of confidence.
If a parent has a complaint or grievance, which has not been satisfactorily, dealt with by our qualified staff they may ask to see the management privately and without giving any reason. In the unlikely event that the management cannot resolve the complaint or grievance they may be referred to: OFSTED, Early Years , Second Floor, The Frontage, Queen Street, Nottingham. NG1 2AR
