Nursery Times

The Wishing Well Day Nursery will be open all year with the exception to Bank Holidays and those days that fall between Christmas Day and New Year. The Nursery hours are 08.00am until 06.00pm five days per week. Mornings 08.00-01.00, Afternoons 01.00-06.00 Children will not be permitted to attend the nursery before 8.00 a.m.

Children must be collected by the end of their session. In exceptional circumstances please contact the nursery as soon as possible.

Fees

Fees are based on a 52 - week year.

Fees are paid by Standing Order this is set up by yourself and the nursery as your child starts. Fees are payable in advance on the first of each month. Full -Time Registration of more than one child entitle the oldest to a Family Discount of 10 %.

Child absence either holiday or sickness including Bank Holidays are chargeable at normal rate. All reserved sessions are chargeable whether or not child attends. Extra Session(s) can be booked if there are places available.

Fees are subject to an annual increase, under 3's June, over 3's September a months notice will be given.

Nursery Grant Funding

All children from the first term after their 3rd birthday are entitled to Nursery Grant Funding. The nursery received a very impressive OFSTED report a copy of can be viewed by clicking Wishing Well OFSTED Report or you can save the report to your computer by right clicking and choosing 'save as' from the menu.

The management reserves the right to implement a surcharge of £5.00 every 15 minutes should a child remain without approval at the nursery later than the allocated time.

Collection of children

The Wishing Well has invested in state of the art computer technology to monitor and authorise the parents and guardians that collect your children. Photo’s of all those eligible to collect children can be scanned into the computer so that almost instant confirmation of an individual’s claimed identity can be attained. Parents may also choose to use our Computerised Password System. With all these systems in place parents can relax and feel confident that their child’s safety has been put before all others regardless of expense. Unauthorised personnel will not be eligible to collect the child.
